Class-based pricing

At Hovatter & Henrietta Lacks After School Enrichment Program, we understand that different activities have different costs. That's why our pricing is class-dependent, allowing us to offer a wide variety of high-quality programs.

Factors that may affect class pricing include:

  • Specialized equipment or materials needed
  • Instructor expertise and qualifications
  • Number of sessions
  • Duration of each class

Refunds

Refunds: Refunds will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the class and will only be given if there is a student on the waitlist who can attend the class. Non-refundable registration fees will be deducted from your refund.

Financial aid

We believe that financial circumstances should not be a barrier to educational opportunities. Hovatter & Henrietta Lacks After School Enrichment Program offers financial aid to eligible families.

How financial aid works

  • Financial aid is requested per family (account) for each enrollment session.
  • Opt in to financial aid during enrollment and at the start of each subsequent session.
  • You will be contacted if more information is required to process your financial aid request.
  • Your payment for reserved classes will not be processed until your financial aid request is decided on.
  • Your financial aid will be automatically applied and payment collected upon approval or denial.

All financial aid information is kept strictly confidential. Our goal is to ensure that every child has access to the enrichment activities they desire.
