Enrollment process
When does enrollment open?
Enrollment periods vary by program. You can see the current or upcoming enrollment period dates on the home page in the "Important Dates" section.
How does the enrollment process work?
Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. When you submit an enrollment request, if space is available your child will be immediately approved for the class. Your spot is only fully secured once payment is completed. If your payment attempt fails, the spot will be held for up to 24 hours so you can retry payment; if payment is not completed within that time, the spot may be released and made available to other families.
What happens if my child doesn't get into a class?
If a class is full when you try to enroll, your child will be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted students are taken in the order they joined: when a spot becomes available, the next child is usually enrolled automatically, using the payment method you chose when you joined the waitlist. We email you as soon as that happens. As with any enrollment, if the class hasn't yet reached its minimum number of students, billing waits until it does.
Sometimes we email you an offer to accept instead of enrolling your child straight away — for example if you have no payment method on file, if your financial aid request for the period is still being reviewed, or if the class is one you pay for by the session rather than up front. Your place in the waitlist order is the same either way.
If you were offered a spot while your financial aid request was under review, we finish the enrollment for you as soon as the decision is made: your child keeps the place and the amount left after any aid you are awarded is charged to the payment method you chose. If aid is not awarded, that is the full price of the class.
Payment & financial aid
When do I need to pay for classes?
Payment is due after you accept an enrollment offer and the class minimum capacity is met. You'll have a 48 hour period to complete the payment before the spot may be offered to someone else.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards and digital wallet payments. All payments are processed securely through our payment system.
How do I apply for financial aid?
Financial aid requests can be submitted during the enrollment process. Look for the financial aid option during enrollment to submit your request.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds: Refunds will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the class and will only be given if there is a student on the waitlist who can attend the class. Non-refundable registration fees will be deducted from your refund.
Classes & scheduling
How do I view my child's schedule?
Once enrolled and paid, you can view your child's schedule by logging in and clicking on "My Schedule" in the navigation menu.
What happens if a class is cancelled?
Cancelled classes will be made up on the same day of the week during the scheduled make up week (Nov 30 - Dec 4).
Can my child be in multiple classes?
Yes, your child can enroll in multiple classes as long as they don't have scheduling conflicts. The system will prevent you from enrolling in conflicting classes.
Are there age or grade restrictions for classes?
Yes, each class has specific grade level requirements. These are clearly displayed on the class details page. The system will only allow you to enroll your child in age-appropriate classes.
