Class experience
Any season is football season in America. This class is designed to prepare every participant for playing in a real flag football league. Participants will learn the basics: game rules, overhand throw, catching, exchanges, offensive, defensive drills, and practice routes. Of course, there will be thrilling games! The plan is for participants to experience a NFL playoff style tournament with a Super Bowl!!
