Snack Lab - Edible Food Science Experiments

Snack Lab is aimed at aspiring young chemists, physicists, and food scientists, this hands-on course combines core STEM concepts with edible experiments using everyday ingredients. Students will churn ice cream to explore states of matter, extract fruit DNA, master molecular gastronomy with homemade boba, and whip up fizzy rainbow lemonade and glowing edible slime.
